Hearing Color Seeing Sound

Students explore the work of Wassily Kandinsky learning about the influence music can have on art. We then listen to music and students create lines with corresponding emotions. Students next create free-form non-objective watercolor paintings. Finally, Students define forms and add expressionistic lines to the paintings using color pencil and black marker.
